PLEASE BRING A COPY OF YOUR RESERVATION WITH YOU.
DO NOT GO TO THE BIG BEAR GEAR STORE. GO TO THE TUBING CENTER IN KINGWOOD.
You need a PARKING PERMIT for EACH Vehicle. Please purchase one or more in advance if you have not yet done so.
You may cancel your reservation the day prior by end of business day (6 pm) without penalty. Cancellations FOR ANY REASON (including weather) within the day of the rental are non-refundable.
You will be required to provide photo ID.
You may be required to provide a Damage Deposit prior to rental in the form of a credit card Authorization.
You will be required to complete a Liability Waiver and Contract prior to rental. ALL RENTERS MUST BE PRESENT IN PERSON TO SIGN WAIVERS.
Please arrive AT LEAST 15 minutes before your confirmed rental time to complete paperwork and receive safe riding or paddling instructions.
All riders under 18 must be accompanied by an adult parent or guardian able to sign a waiver on their behalf.
